MyHealthAssistant (MHA) is a FREE App, to help you learn about your ‘at-risk’ health conditions based on your age, gender, height, weight and other parameters. The App will display your ‘at-risk’ conditions on the main screen under ‘RISKS’.

The App will also display a list of recommended packaged tips in the ‘TIPS’ section. These tips are FREE as well and you can subscribe to any of them. Every day, you will receive a tip from each package to which you have subscribed, and all tips from the previous two days will be retained in your smartphone for reference. These are well-researched tips in simple English that will help you learn more about your ‘at-risk’ conditions and how to prevent them. You can see these tips by clicking on the appropriate pop-up notifications or by clicking on ‘TIMELINE’ on the top right-hand corner of the main screen.

MHA will also help you manage your diagnosed conditions better. For example, you’ll never miss an appointment again - be it a medical or lab appointment - for any reason. You can set the date and time of the appointment in the ‘APPOINTMENTS’ section. You can also key in the lab name or the Doctor’s name and indicate if the appointment needs to be repeated at any regular intervals. You can also specify whether you need to be fasting when you go to the lab or medical appointment. It will remind you at appropriate times and hand hold you to make sure you go for the appointment.

MHA will remind you to take your medications on time, and any of your wellness activities like doing your yoga, or going to the gym. Just go to the ‘REMINDERS’ section and choose the reason, key in the days and time. MHA will take care of the rest.

In addition, MHA will help you record and graphically track your self-measurement readings and trends. You can track your Weight, Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, etc. by going to the ‘READINGS’ section and pressing ‘+’ to add a reading. Graphical trends of each type of reading will be displayed, showing individual readings and the respective dates and times.

Under the ‘SETTINGS’ section, you can view and edit (as needed), your Profile information.
